C31 welcomes feedback and comments on our programs and services. 
As C31’s programs are made by volunteers and aspiring television professionals, audience compliments and criticisms are extremely valuable to the learning and training experience. Your comments will be recorded by the Station and also passed on to the relevant program for consideration.

C31 also receives informal complaints related to many issues, including technical issues to do with a particular program, broadcast and reception problems, program listings or discontinuation of a program.

Making a Formal Complaint

As a C31 viewer, you may wish to complain about a particular C31 Program or content.  Formal complaints must relate to a possible breach of the Community Television Code Of Practice, and should be submitted to the Station in writing.

To make a formal complaint you should:

  1. write a letter or email including your full name and address;
  2. the name of the program and the date of the broadcast;
  3. explain the nature of your complaint; and
  4. if possible, identify the Code of Practice which you believe applies to the program or content.

Formal complaints should be

  2. emailed to info@c31.org.au

Formal complaints will be responded to by the C31 Programming Team in writing within 60 days.  If you have not received a response within 60 days, or you dissatisfied with the response that you have received, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
